Everything was simply perfect. Stayed there for 2 nights, greatly enjoyed it. Easy check-in, free a laundry room and ironing. Found a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Incredible, comfy setting short walk to railway station and transport and Lake Lucerne.

Beautiful location, helpful and affable staff and host. During my stay everything was good and I got laundry service as a compliment. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, kitchenware and a washing machine.

all made for a wonderful stay. i was delighted about smooth check-in. impeccably clean and in general perfectly fine property, however the bathroom was a bit small. location close to a supermarket and stores, caring staff.
